1. Scope
This privacy policy covers the DriverAuto website and Android application. The app can use user-enabled Accessibility Service features to interact with ride offers in supported apps.
2. License and device data
The app may process a license key and a device-derived identifier to validate and associate the license with a device. License status may also be stored locally.
3. Accessibility Service
With Android Accessibility Service permission, the app may read relevant interface elements and offer text within supported third-party apps and tap an accept button when user-defined conditions are met. This functionality is not intended to collect passwords or private messages, or to build advertising profiles.
4. License service
The app may send license keys and device identifiers to a validation server. Processing of ride offers does not require sending offer details to the license server.
5. Payments
Online checkout is not enabled yet. Once Paddle is enabled, Paddle processes payment details under its own policy. We may use purchase email addresses and transaction references to fulfill licenses and provide support. Do not submit bank card details in a form on the DriverAuto website.
6. WhatsApp, email, and hosting
Opening the WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp and its privacy practices. Our hosting provider Cloudflare may process technical data required for operation and security. Email providers process support messages you send to us.
7. Use, sharing and retention
We use information necessary for licensing, security and support, and do not sell personal data for advertising. Required records may be retained as reasonably needed for operation, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
8. Your choices and security
You can revoke Accessibility Service permission in Android settings. For questions about your data or requests to correct or delete eligible data, contact the support email below. Security controls are used, but no service can promise absolute security.
9. Changes and children
DriverAuto is not intended for children. This page and its update date will be revised if material data practices change.
